Oh, the drama! With the anticipation going on for the better part of a year, it is no surprise to those of us who’ve been following mobile-phone news, that Instragram has been working on, and has finally released an app for the Android platform.
As it has been highly widely reported, during the first 24 hours, over one million record-breaking Android users downloaded and installed the app.
What I did not forsee, however, was the backlash of disappointed iPhone users who feel they have somehow lost their grip on something exclusive. Sadly, not only are some of these comments elitist and classist, but others border on racism. …
